Who do you use for shipping?

We use various local carriers for 'Standard' shipping within Canada & the USA. Efficient delivery is our goal. Please ensure your address is correct to avoid speed bumps!

Do you offer express shipping?

We hope to offer this down the road but until the path is smoothed out a little, we'll stick to the slow lane for now. We appreciate your patience as our crew fills in a few of the potholes.

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 5-9 business days once it is ready to go. Expect Dad Hats to take a few days longer. Delivery times will vary by region, but we'll send tracking as soon as your gear hits the road. Expect potential delivery delays within Canada due to the postal strike.
